House Rules
Please keep noise to a minimum - we have neighbours so appreciate you not playing loud music and certainly nothing loud after 10pm.
Communication is key - is anything breaks or you’re unsure of anything please contact us as soon as possible.
Feel free to use tea and coffee, and any condiments. If anything is running low please let me know.
When you leave please load the dishwasher with whatever you have used. If you need to use the washing machine there are tablets under the sink. There is a clothes airer in the boiler cupboard at the end of the hall. Ironing board is also in there. Iron is in bottom draw under the kettle
Strictly no smoking inside the apartment or in the car park.

When ever you go out, please lock the front door to the flat (number 4, NOT the external door, which is self locking)
When you check out please pop the keys back into the key safe and scramble the code.

TV
The TV uses an Amazon Fire Stick, on there you’ll find BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Disney and Amazon. Just get the small Amazon remote and hold the power button at the top for a couple of seconds to turn it all on. Where possible please use guest accounts on streaming services.
If you would like to plug your laptop or other device into the TV, there is a HDMI cable behind sofa. I find it easiest to plug in and leave the device on the window sill.
To operate the lamps in the living room say 'Alexa, lamps on' (sometimes Alexa gets confused and you may need to confirm Lounge Lamps on), to turn off say 'Alexa, lamps off'.
Hot water is timed to come on between 6-8am, which should be enough for the day. If you need to have more the tank is controlled by pressing the button (blue = off, red= on) in the hall way cupboard (right hand wall, just below shoulder height). Please make sure you turn it off again if you have enough hot water.
There are electric heaters in each room- please keep the doors closed to keep the heat in the rooms, and make sure you turn them off when you go out/ the room is not in use. There is an additional portable heater, as the lounge is a large space.
